They keys fob wouldn_t unlock the doors_ when unlocked they would randomly lock or unlock. The radio got just about zero stations no matter where we were. We were all of Costa rica and it did not matter still picked up no stations.

Pick up was terrible as the person was new. He gave us the wrong vehicle and also said we didn’t get insurance for it. Once he involved more senior staff things went more smoothly.

Way too expansive.

We had ordered a Hyundai Tucson but got a Mitsubishi. Think it was a bit smaller and seemed underpowered

I am still awaiting the return of the key deposit held. It has been over 1 full business week now from the BAC credit of over 389000 CRC. I am not sure if this is a banking error or just taking a bit of time. This is my only issue_ otherwise all service_ drivers etc exemplary. Regards Tracy Allen
