We had ordered a Hyundai Tucson but got a Mitsubishi. Think it was a bit smaller and seemed underpowered

I was charged a one way drop off rate but I returned it to original location. They said it would be returned150.00 but it has not happened. Can you tell me how to get this returned to me. Thank you

EC car rental was really great. Our flight was late_ and we didn’t get out if the airport until almost 1am_ yet they were there to meet us. Little niceties like a chocolate and a cup of coffee went a long way for two tired travellers. There were optional expenses_ but no real hidden costs. We rented twice from them in this trip and both rentals went smoothly. We appreciated a shuttle to our hotel_ (rather than an airport drop off)_ where we awaited our early morning flight out.
