Det stod att vi skulle välkomnas/hämtas med skylt med vårt namn på. Istället ringde företaget och sa att de snart skulle hämta oss.

Everything was good apart from the actual collection point being off the airport and we had to be chilly from the airport and taken to the car collection point. It was only 2 mins thought. My main gripe is that we payed extra for a day nav but we never had one and were never given a refund on it which I would have expected. Perhaps someone will read this and arrange a refund please.
