Beside that the issue with the drop offf (nobody was there_ while the office hours said it was open) - everything else was prefect

they rent me a car that has no engine oil so I have to pay 40€ as I start driving to avoid an engine problem

The agent failed to let me know when returned the car back to the airport_ I did not need to pay to get in. Instead_ I should press the call button to ask someone to raise the gate. Also_ upon completion of the return and inspection_ I was told I would get an email to confirm everything was good. It_s been more than a week_ no email for confirmation_ even though I signed on their tablet after the return vehicle inspection.
