Insurance and damage deposit was a bit confusing_ on collection had to provide £2500 credit card deposit ! I thought the added insurance was already included when the booking was made ! Made the use of the vehicle a lot more stressful!!!

Staff were excellent. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names but the Saturday morning staff were very helpful and polite.
