Wasted an hour trying to return the car to depot near airport (GPS couldn’t find the premises). Had to return to Airport to make flight_ this should have been the return instructions.?

Good car and very friendly staff. If you dont have a credit card when booking_ you have to get insurance which is over twice the price per day compared to if you have a credit card. Its in the conditions but I booked last minute as my car broke down and didnt realise. Ive never needed a credit card before when using rental cars in ireland or abroad. The car ran out of petrol after 104km. When I rang to tell them they said if I dont bring it full I’ll be charged so I did. I was then told I’d have to ring customer service again to be refunded for filling the tank.

Wipers on the car were falling apart. Rear tyres were borderline for wear.
