The service providers are fine but there is a language problem. And it is not possible to return the vehicle in another location.

The car and the navigation system were excellent. But I was not happy that they did not have the small car we had booked and we had to pay extra for the larger car. That is not good business practice.

国際線で到着したため、シャトルバスで国内線まで移動が必要だった。 看板が小さいので一回通り過ぎてしまい、戻ってみつけた。 スタッフはみなさん親切で丁寧です。

We got an amazing car that made our trip through south Korea easy and amazing. Would 100% recommend.

It is complicated to find from where to collect the car. There is a desk near gate 2 but the guidelines you get there are not clear at all. After you understand it there is quite long walk and wait for the shuttle. The car we got was clean but with bad smell.
