Front brake rotors were very warped and had bad steering shudder under braking

Was good to get an upgrade on the car since the model I had booked was not available.

The wait for confirmation of the booking was overnight and frankly I wonder what I would have done if you then had said there was no car.

The car had two areas of damage noted by the rental company but inspection showed many additional areas where scrapes and small dents were present - virtually all over the car. As the car pickup was late at night in the dark in a poorly lit carpark we had to note these the next day and advise the company. The car was in poor external condition on pickup_ aesthetically not really up to standard.
