We were very happy with our car that ran without problem for 3 weeks. Staff are lovely and very helpful and the airport shuttle is very convenient. The only suggestion for the company is to have a bigger sign at the entrance of the CBD pick up building and some internal signage so it is easier to locate the desk area. Thank you and we will use this company again next year to see the South Island.

Be easier to have the car at the airport rather than wait for bags then call then wait for pickup. The guys at base were fabulous so helpful and friendly. Be easier if at actual terminal though.
