Very impressed with staff. We arrived earlier than the arranged pickup time_ rang and very quickly were picked up. The staff quickly processed the paperwork_ ensuring we understood the contract before signing. Easy peasy.

We were very happy with our car that ran without problem for 3 weeks. Staff are lovely and very helpful and the airport shuttle is very convenient. The only suggestion for the company is to have a bigger sign at the entrance of the CBD pick up building and some internal signage so it is easier to locate the desk area. Thank you and we will use this company again next year to see the South Island.

Great service_ pickup was easy from the Queenstown Airport and only a 10min trip to collect the car. Handover was easy and the car was excellent. A great option compared to major car rental companies_ nearly half the price. Would definitely recommend and use again
