Europcar 租车 在菲律宾的目的地

I still did not receive the insurance taken from my credit card_ although the office promise to be in my account within two weeks from the returning date.

They ask for extra deposit for 10000 pesos as guarantees thru my credit card but until now as they promise to send back immediately to my credit card but it didn_t happen and I_m still waiting until now for that amount _ I phone them 4x already and still only promises _ next time never give your credit card as guarantees

Friendly staff_ delivered as agreed.

It_s almost two months now from the time a returned the car but I haven_t received my deposit back until now_ I tried have tried calling them but I get no answer. would you be able to follow up for me. Many thanks

Alles wunderbar nur es hat lange gedauert bis ich das Auto abholen konnte sonst sehr freundlich. Hilfsbereit was ich nicht wusste die haben 24 stunden offen
