Alamo is simpler and easier to deal with than other rental companies I’ve used

Very happy with Customer Service at Tri cities airport TN on Returning the keys. On picking up the car 1st Sept. It was a late arrival at 11.30pm. A smile would of been nice. I even mentioned it to the guy on the desk (Smile)... then I say_ well it is late so I understand... still no smile. But the Service was very efficient.
