Need time need more staff working on a Sunday for people to collect cars

Without exception every customer in the queue was astonished at the level of the deposit being charged and then the length of time one has to wait for it to be returned (up to 21 days)

Left hand Tyre flat and I was asked to accept the car like that and have it pumped. Which I did_ but NOT impressed

You should be clear that the money you charge is not I down payment on the amount but an actual agency fee. It tricks the customer into thinking the price is less... Not very nice to do that
